The Yamatic lacks the rigid swivel grip connectors of the other two. This is an advantage on a hose reel as it allows some gradual banding rather than kinking at the end of the grip. The swivel grips are not an advantage if you use hose quick connectors. All three hoses have nice brass fittings which prevents galvanic corrosion on the hose bibs as occurs with aluminum. The Yotoo and Furesen have smooth exterior surfaces which can easily be scratched with a fingernail while the Yamatic is textured and does not scratch easily and will likely be much more abrasion resistant. All three hoses can kink but the Yamatic a little less so. Kinking is largely due to twist in the hose ( you need to unroll a new hose ) but is reduced in stiffer hoses and with greater water pressure. These polymer blend hoses are lighter and softer than PVC hoses but unlike PVC stay flexible in colder weather. Not likely to run over the bright orange hose with the mover but my ideal hose would be the yamatic in green. ... show more

The hose itself is ok, lightweight compared to the one it was supposed to replace, but I ordered a 75' hose and received 50'. It was only taped so no way of knowing the length until you unwound it. I can't see winding it up tight enough to send back, but I would be aware of this seller. It does kink. ... show more
