  • Not just a Hose.
Style: 3/4" x 100' (feet) Pattern Name: Hose 3/4 in. Size: 100' (feet)
I've used Flexzilla air hoses in the past so decided to give this water hose a try. It is a great product. Extremely flexible and lightweight (when empty). I got the 3/4 for maximum flow so when full of water it gets pretty heavy to tug around. Not the hose's fault. I like it so much I'll buy a second one for sure. ... show more

This is a very lightweight and flexible hose. I purchased the 3/4"x100'. The hose looks well built and works great.

  • Great Hose at a Great Price
Style: 3/4" x 100' (feet) Pattern Name: Hose 3/4 in. Size: 100' (feet)
I am a Golf Course Superintendent and we abuse hoses. On a golf course we are usually dragging hoses from green to green or from hole to hole to handwater dry areas. Usually we buy extremely expensive hoses, around $300 to $400 a hose, mainly because they last. I decided to try these hoses and give them a chance, if they didn't work it would be cheaper than buying one expensive hose. Since March we have used and abused them and they have held up extremely well. All of these reviews that talk about it being a bad hose are the people that don't know how to maintain stuff properly. This hose comes tightly wound from the factory, it will kink, but will stop kinking over time. The best way is to unwrap the hose in a straight line and run warm-hot water through the hose, this will allow the hose to lose its original shape and allow it to become more flexible. Make sure you wrap it back up in large loops and store it somewhere where it won't get weathered. The people that leave them sitting outside in the freezing cold, or allow them to get dirty and crack, deserve to have a hose fall apart on them. Just like anything else, if you maintain this hose appropriately, it will last for awhile. We are lucky to get 6 - 8 months use out of hoses and these have surpassed that without any blowouts or bubbles. I highly recommend, as long as you know how to maintain it. ... show more

  • Durable, flexible, and looks great (while new). 5/8 may be OK for gently sprinkling pretty flowers.
Style: 3/4" x 100' (feet) Pattern Name: Hose 3/4 in. Size: 100' (feet)
The media could not be loaded. My 25-year old 3/4 x 100 vinyl hose has 5 repairs in it so its time to replace it. That hose has been connected to a 3/4 x 100 Flexzilla for about 12 years. Even though the old Flexzilla has become black with mold, its cold weather flexibility and durability make it my choice for replacing the vinyl section. I have to chuckle at the marketing photos of all hose manufactures where someone is gently sprinkling pretty flowers. I don't have a flowers on my property other then a few dandelions. And if I did, I could easily blast the flowers away with my setup. Mine are work hoses where maximum flow and pressure are needed at 200 feet. I use it for blasting dirt, pine needles, and moss from between the boards my decks, blasting scum from the bottoms of my boats, fire suppression, and filling large tanks of water all the way at the end on my dock so I can spray 50 acres of lily pads with herbicides every summer. I note the description above states it resists mold. We will see how that goes. It probably would not turn black in the desert southwest. But, here in Seattle, the damp cool weather grows mold on just bout everything and everyone. Note: in the attached video, the weather was 37 degrees with mixed light rain and snow. ... show more

  • Flexzilla Garden Hose 3/4 in. x 100 ft
Style: 3/4" x 100' (feet) Pattern Name: Hose 3/4 in. Size: 100' (feet)
I bought this hose to use with my lawn watering sprinkler which requires a 3/4" ID hose to supply sufficient water and it works well for that purpose. It works well with a hose reel in that it can be wound up and not come off the reel like a corkscrew like other 3/4" ID hoses I have had. It is somewhat heavy to move around when under water pressure so maybe a 5/8" ID hose would be better for general watering. I'm giving it 4 stars because it is possible for it to kink which is always a pain although the kink can usually be freed with a jerk of the hose and it doesn't seem to 'remember' the kink. Overall a pretty good hose. ... show more

  • WORST GARDEN PURCHASE I EVER MADE!
Style: 3/4" x 100' (feet) Pattern Name: Hose 3/4 in. Size: 100' (feet)
This is a nightmare hose. Open the box and try to stretch it out across your driveway and you get a kink every foot. No exaggeration. And we are talking about kinks so tight they are almost impossible to get straightened out-----even with the hose running (which should have helped!). I spent 45 minutes today trying to uncoil it and straighten out the kinks. I managed to get the 100' hose stretched out eventually across my yard, and as soon as I moved over to water a plant-----KINK!!!! And no water. Nightmare for a gardener. Add to that is the color----can't blame anyone but myself for the fluorescent green, but it's now hanging on the hose holder on my house and it's so friggin' bright green that it's the only thing your eye sees in the yard. In addition to that, the light color makes it look dirty because of course mulch clings to a hose, so it's incredibly unsightly (I had a dark blue hose before and I'm going back to that). The only good thing about this is that at least the connector is firm and it's not spraying water where it's connected to the faucet. But.....Kinkless? You've got to be kidding. I won't be fighting this for long as I plan to get rid of it ASAP and get a hose that won't have me cussing every time I have to water. ... show more
