The hose has been great. I can't report a single issue. It works exactly as represented. It is pretty impressive with how it expands and extracts. I haven't had any punctures, leaks, or faucet attachment leaks. The sprayer leaked from just above the bottom metal attachment the moment it came out of the box. Pocket Hose said they wanted "everything" returned in the original box in order to replace it. That seemed like a ton of hassle, given I'd already set up the hose the way I wanted. I didn't buy the hose for the sprayer, but it would have been nice if it would have worked correctly. It would have also been nice if I could have returned just the sprayer or how about this...just send me a new one since Pocket Hose makes such a big deal about how they are giving you one for free. We all know the free thing is nonsense and you are paying for it. Since there wasn't a way to repair it or even perform some sort of work around, the sprayer is a total write off. ... show more

    • Is it possible to love a garden hose?
Like so many that fight with their garden hoses and have to deal with kinks, leaks, and the pita storage of garden hoses, I began to look and see if there was a better "mouse trap". I stumbled across these and I am so glad I did. When I was shopping them I was cautious about the manufacturer claims but thought, "Let me try one and see if they live up to the hype. I can always get another". Well I was a bit shook when I saw the small package a 50' hose and nozzle came in. I was thinking, "I'm probably going to have to return this because there is no way this light little will be able to do what my old hoses can do". I was so wrong. I took the hose outside and tightened it up on the supply faucet. When I turned the water one the hose began to get longer and longer until it was full of water. I opened the nozzle expecting the usual pop and spit you get from air into the hose. Imagine my surprise when that didn't happen. The reduced weight from what I was also a surprise compared to my old hose. This one was sooo much lighter and was so much easier to move around with. My final surprise came when I turned the water off and opened the nozzle. The hose began to shrink the water left the hose until it got back to the original size. The nozzle is also easy to operate with pressure on it. I have arthritis fingers and this was an additional surprise. My final thoughts about this hose concern its longevity but it will be a long time before I can comment on that. It you (like I was) are tired of fighting garden hoses and want something that is clearly "a better mouse trap", your only regret will be having waited so long to get one. ... show more

    • Watering Is Now EASY!
I haven't had this hose very long, thus the durability rating - I don't know how long it will last. I have been in my house for 30 years and have watered plants, washed the car, and power washed the walkways using a normal hose. I have fought that hose for 30 years, struggling with tangles, a stubborn hose reel, and pulling a heavy hose through the yard and around obstacles. NO MORE! This new copper bullet hose is so easy to use. I got the 50' which included the nozzle. So far, this is the best nozzle I have ever had (over 30 years I've probably bought 15 nozzles). It curls up nicely in a little bucket I had in the garage, weighs almost nothing. It works exactly as shown on TV. I wish I had gotten this 30 years ago! It is guaranteed for 10 years. If it wears out or fails before that, I'll update my review. ... show more

Why I didn’t go down this route before is beyond my understanding. This hose is soft, super light weight, but is ultra durable. It also shrinks down to a small size and is easy to store. No need for heavy hoses with a long rewind time any more. Very flexible and even if there are a few kinks, they do not stop the flow of water. I bought the 100ft version for the front of my house as well and I got rid of my old heavy hoses and winding storage units… ... show more

The hose works great. Expands and contracts, great space saver. The sprayer is garbage. It leaked within a couple days of usage and then broke completely off. Unfortunately, the doesn't really work right without the sprayer because not enough pressure builds up to get the hose to expand without the sprayer, and the water doesn't flow out nicely without the sprayer. It's more chaotic than in a regular hose. So, it's kinda important that they get the sprayer right... ... show more
