I actually purchased and returned two other of these expandable hoses, first one worked ok but the sprayer broke 2nd use, second hose purchased kinked and was terrible. I didn’t want to purchase this one first because it seemed to good to be true with the tv commercials and not to mention the price was much higher than the other two I purchased. But after purchasing this one the 75 ft hose arrived in a little box, thought it was the wrong size, but no it was the 75ft length. Hooked it up and it expanded like it was alive, shut the water off and it shrunk to box size, sprayer is high quality thumb control and pressure is great. We have replaced all of our hoses with these. They are awesome! Easy to keep clean, put away, etc. The nozzle is great quality as well. Highly recommend - totally kink resistant, flexible and function.

My wife loves this redesigned hose. It's the best retractable hose we've found, free from all the previous drawbacks we noticed. It does. not leak, and you can tell it's well designed. We purchased the 75-foot version. Keep in mind, you need to turn off the water AND open the hose for it to retract, but it retracts smoothly. Other cheaper hoses advertised on Amazon are harder to use, do not retract as well even if they are shorter, and tend to leak. That's been our experience, at least. ... show more

Sure beats pulling heavy hose around yard. I put hose rack on wall to store it. Suggest following procedure when putting on rack. Turn water off at faucet, open valve on hose, start at faucet end putting hose on rack, doing this will drain water out as you coil hose around rack. Note I leave hose attached to faucet. Note purchased rack on Amazon with big star on it, makes it easy to store off ground and easy to remove. ... show more
