    • OK for the price but very misleading!
I'm going to start off by saying I'm a 260lb athletic man so your mileage/experience may vary. Cons: 1. Mileage must have been calculated with the tires off the ground and no weight on it. In 1st gear I get about 15 miles and 2nd gear I get about 5 miles but that has been about a 50% drop from when I bought it a month ago. 2. The rated speed is a complete lie and it has a speed limiter applied, limiting the speed to about 28mph. Doesn't matter weather I ride it standing up or have it lifted off the ground. It goes about 14mph in 1st gear and 28mph in 2nd gear. 3. Before even riding it, put lock tight on EVERY screw! After about 15 miles, 1/3rd of the screws had fallen off or the bolts have fallen off. 4. The seat is basically useless. With the springs and shocks built into the seat, it won't stay in a sturdy centralized position under your body. This causes your weight to shift a fraction of an inch from side to side while riding, throwing your center of mass off making it a one way trip to the hospital if you ate caught off guard. Because of this I removed the seat and just stand. 5. Whoever designed the collapsing mechanism didn't account for.... handlebars! The rear fender prevents you from being able to completely fold it into a verified locking position. You will need to play with it a lot to maybe get it to close and engage the latch so you can transport it. 6. The breaks are way too weak. I've had friends that were 140lbs trying to stop and they barely can but if you are bigger, expect to need a runway to stop if going at speeds of 25mph+. I've tightened up the breaking system but it made no difference because the break pads are about the size of a couple quarters making them worse than a regular bike's breaks. 7. The handle bars are awkward for adding mirrors to. The right throttle and speedometer/break move too freely by spinning up and down. This might not sound like much, but you can think you are letting off the throttle when you are actually still going full throttle. Pros: 1. Even at 28mph it's faster than any electric bike you would buy on the market. 2. If you can fold it up, it is a space saver and can fit inside most cars. 3. The headlights and brake lights make it great for riding at night. 4. Takes 5 seconds to assemble out of the box by adding the seat on. 5. Has a rack on the rear fender you can attach storage to. Conclusion: It's OK for the price if you don't have a lot of money to spend or that far you want to ride fast. but if I had to do it all over again I would opt for something with a much larger battery and better build quality even if it was 2X more the cost. Assembly was fine. I did my research on battery care, voltage levels, proper maintenance. This scooter did not go nearly as far, range wise, as they claimed. I got maybe 6 miles in sport mode. Echo I could squeeze out 11. Fun to ride.

    • Poor quality, will fall apart AND OVERHEAT
the documenting says all the screws were not tightened. And they are soooo correct, they left all the screws loose. I discovered this when I noticed several screws were missing and falling out after a few rides, that's because they were allll loose! The kickstand broke off after 2 weeks, and I tried to climb a hill (30 degrees or so) and after 5 minutes it overheat and shut down. Had to walk home and wait till it cooled down. Not happy with overall quality. The battery also dies too quickly. ... show more

    • Not slow enough
With 3 speeds it still goes to fast to keep pace with a person walking. The batteries are not as long lived as were claimed. I contacted the company and they said Amazon would contact me and they did not. No operator manual and no parts list. I like the 2 wheel drive and the comfort of the ride.

This Was bought as a gift, for I have bum legs! I picked it out . Awesome little scooter… fun … although there are a couple things… the front sometimes tweaks itself and I have to straighten it out again, as in the handlebars aren’t straight with the wheel, slight tweak… the issue I have is on the speedometer …you have 4 bars for battery life… as riding, it went to three, yay, went to 2, yay, nice little ride, then bam, quit, like a car would die, wouldn’t turn on, nadda, battery dead… If I was out somewhere, taking it in a long joyride, that would be costly! Thank goodness I was close to home! So 40 miles, no, false advertising. I also need to check the brakes, no book, nothing! They shouldn’t assume all know how to do it! Because I surely don’t! ... show more

This scooter suck. I was stuck on the traffic ligth. Lucky no car behind me. Its dangerous at night time. He shut down by himself. I had to walk and push to go home. I'm very upset. We can't go long distance. I got 5 months already. It's very bad quality. The scooter very slow too. I want refund now. Thx you. ... show more
