I bought this because I thought that this company had a lifetime warranty. Last week I reached out to them because the hose I bought last year now has a leak. No response , so of course now I wonder if this new hose has issues will it be another waste of money?

Overall I like this hose well enough. It does what it’s designed to do. However, after 2 uses the covering material is fuzzing up just a tad. In defense of the hose, it’s usually dragged on the concrete parking lot area surface once in use. If it’s used in mostly grassy areas…probably better for longevity. ... show more

Love the light weight of this hose, and not having to struggle with winding/unwinding a rubber hose. It stretches itself and then retracts. I bought the 25-foot thinking that would be long enough for my townhouse yard, but isn't quite. Get the 50-foot.

I really love the hose itself-- it is lightweight, does not kink and seems to be durable. And it is easy to store in a flower pot under the faucet. But we used the hose for one summer season and when we got it out this spring, the sprayer leaks like crazy. We replaced it with an older sprayer and its ok. So, if you buy the hose (and I would again), just know the sprayer may not last more than a season. ... show more

I bought this three (3) years ago and it's still doing great! I've stored it inside my garage on the floor. It's not exposed to sunlight so I can't comment how well it holds up to heat/sun. I also made sure I drained it during winter. It's super handy to wash car or put outside to water garden or pots. I will say as good as it is, I'm not sure I would buy it and 1/3 price increase. I paid about sixty five dollars for it three years ago so it's tough to swallow paying 1/3 more but that's inflation I guess? ... show more
