They were done quickly. The design I asked to be put on the glasses was perfect. Not a single broken glass in the order. The only issue is that I ordered mine with the black bottoms. The black started to come off after the very first wash. I only washed them by hand with normal dish soap and a sponge...not the dishwasher, so it must be a fault in production. ... show more
