These glasses could enhance your life. Okay, that seems silly and extreme, but we've found that true. Who thinks about your everyday drinking glasses? Yet, you use them everyday, all day, they are part of everything from daily tasks to a quick lunch to a dinner or holiday party and you usually don't give 'em much thought. These glasses look good, have a nice weight and feel substantial but not thick or heavy, easy to hold, and have "great mouth feel" if that's even a term. They are comfortable to drink from. Also the fit well in the dishwasher and cabinet. We actually had three guests at Christmas dinner separately comment on how nice these glasses were. That's a first! Very pleased with this glassware! Elegant in their simplicity and clean design. The glass is not thin or flimsy; these are solid and weighty with thick bases. They’re versatile, in that their simple elegance makes them suitable both for daily use and for cocktail entertaining.

These glasses are extremely well-made. Very substantial - no chance of tipping over. Wash beautifully in the dishwasher - crystal clear. Also a unique feature is they are very slightly thicker around the lip which makes a nice drinking experience. As a bonus, the company, Le’raze, supports orphans and children from dysfunctional or abusive homes and abandoned children at an orphanage, which has housed and educated 20,000 children plus over the past 20 years. These glasses feel much more expensive than they are, in addition to being elegant. Highly recommend!!!! ... show more

When I ordered them, I wasn't expecting them to be such good quality. I thought they'd be thin and flimsy, or not as big as the glasses I was replacing. I think they might be about an ounce bigger, and they are thicker glass than I expected. Not at all cheap and flimsy. Very sturdy. And so very pretty!!!! So many of the glasses I found in stores and on-line looked like restaurant glasses, or something my little old grandma would like. I like contemporary styles, and these fit the bill. The only thing I would like better is if they also came in sets of 4 so I could get 12. I would order another set of 8, but I don't have room in my cabinet for 16. Oh well. I love these glasses and I'm so glad I ordered them. ... show more

In a time when people are trying to make a fast buck by creating shortcuts, this company does not do that. My worry was that these glasses would be thin and break easy. These are thick glass and beautiful. I’ll definitely be ordering these again in the future.
