Bought these based on what size they said enlisted while the lent is perfect they are very tight around the ball of the foot I have a high arch they don't fit they are way too tight I'm going to send them back get the next larger size quality is fine other than that

I have been trying to find an adequate replacement for my vintage blue flippers that ripped in the heel after 20 years of use. THESE are great, and similar comfort, flex and weight! HOWEVER: If your female size 7.5-8 (39) foot is like mine, slightly wide in the toe box area with a high arch, order the L!! I initially ordered the medium and no way could I wear them. The next size up fit perfect, even if the color combo is fugly. The flippers bend in the proper place and not so long to hurt my knee from fatigue. These are good, lightweight flippers for my young swimmer to use. She previously had a different brand that seemed a lot heavier, and she enjoys these to train in better because they are lighter.
