This little lock is slim and looks great where I have put it. I have locked a chest full of cleaning products in a house that are shared with multiple people. It works very well with my fingerprints. I'm so happy I have it. One thing I would mention is that, like most fingerprint technology, if your hands are wet it doesn't quite work so well. But that is to be expected.     • Worked for a while, but battery got too low and rendered lock useless and unable to charge
This lock worked well for a few months. It opened using my fingerprint pretty reliably and was used for my gym locker almost every day. I always kept an eye on it to make sure I charged it when it got low. Once i noticed the unit needed a charge, i plugged it in and it seemed to be charging but never reached a 'full charge' status. Since then, it has never operated again. And now when i plug it in, nothing lights up indicating that it's not even charging. So i would spend your money on a more reliable lock ... show more

The quality is fine battery lasts forever. The fingerprint reader works but sometimes you have to try 5+ times to open it while other times you can get it on the first or second try. I think it’s a good deal of you don’t want to remember a passcode or combination lock. I’ve used or for over 6 months and it still functions. The fingerprint not working 100% of the time is the only reason I give it 4 stars. ... show more

I got this for my gym locker. I don't need a super strong lock because everyone at the gym is honest. I love that I don't need to keep a key on me when I go in the pool. Getting the lock to recognize your fingerprint takes a couple of tries, which is part of the recognition process. The instructions are difficult to understand, but they do the job.     • Mine doesn’t work
I have read all the support for this and setting up which is confusing and lacking. I’m happy with product actually because I don’t care if it looks. I am just using for show and deterrence. But it would really nice if it would actually work. I hope this is not premature and I end up learning how to program it. My advice would be to be extremely careful. Do not touch it AT ALL until you are ready ti program it. Not just got it and curious! Don’t touch that fingerprint thing at all until you are ready. Follow the directions exactly or you will program it wrong and I possibly broke it that way. I went on there and it says a red light exists. I’ve read it thru I feel I’ve tried everything and wasted alot of time. I follow the directions exactly and there is no red light on mine so I wonder if it’s defective. Regardless I would not recommend unless you don’t plan on actually locking or using it but just having for show like me. Otherwise, I’d probably ask for my money back since anybody touching it can unlock it and that’s not locking anything. Good luck. It’s actually a win for me anyway because I don’t necessarily trust these people or the company to have my fingerprints on file. I don’t know if that’s possible or they actually do but I think they are too incompetent to make a database anyway so I’m not that worried.     • Easy to set.
I had bought a biometric lock before I got this one. The first lasted about a month and died. So here I am buying a different biometric lock. This one is very easy to operate and set up for use . It keeps my medication safe from unwanted snoops who like to take without asking with my pain meds. I wanted a better lock than a combination and this fits the bill. It's a cheaper priced lock but you'd never know by how well it's made and it works very well. No issues. I love how easy it is to use. I cant see without my glasses so love the fingerprint part. I have had 2 of them. I dropped the first one and and the back came off and the locking feature did not work easily after that. The second on i bought was using today dropped it on the tile floor back came off put it back on put my clothes in the locker and locked it back. When it was time to unlock it and get my clothes it would not unlock. I had to get someone to come cut the lock off!!! So now time to look for a more durable lock. ... show more
