Swing Microchip is a swing door for cats with a fantastic selective recognition system with microchip! This cat swing door has an antenna that detects and decodes your cat’s subcutaneous microchip, automatically unlocking every time he approaches to pass through the door. Made of sturdy plastic, this swing door comes with wind stopper, to keep air draughts out, and with a super effective 4-way closing system so you can choose how to adjust its operation: exit only, entry only, entry and exit, full lock (your pet will not be able to pass either way). This allows for controlled passage and keeps foreign cats from coming in. In addition, a useful last-passage indicator lets you know whether your pet is at home or outside at a glimpse: the tab will be pointing at the direction of your cat’s last passage. Reliable and easy to use, the Swing Microchip swing door runs on batteries (not included) and comes with a low-battery indicator. Very versatile, the swing door can memorise up to 32 different standard microchips (ISO 11784), unambiguous all over the world. It can be installed on any material. Note: Be careful when installing the swing door on tempered glass and double-glazed glass (the holes must be factory drilled) or on metal doors that interfere with the swing door recognition system (a wooden spacer of at least 5 cm must be placed between the metal and the swing door).
