Features

  • TRUSTED BY THE PROFESSIONAL PT - Our gel packs are trusted by physical therapists and chiropractors because they are durably constructed; quality hand-stitched edging ensures no leaks; fully packed with our patented clay to optimize effectiveness; reuse worry-free for up to two years; use on arms, shoulders, knees, legs, back and more.
  • IT DOESN'T MATTER - Whether you're 15, 50 or 85 years old. We all hate the aches and pains, from long term and degenerative injury, through to short term acute injuries and post surgery recovery. That's why we designed our ice pack with something a little different inside. A patented clay that contours around the body, staying flexible at all temperatures - and most importantly, colder for longer.
  • THE TRUTH - About Refreezable Gel Packs is simply that the larger ones stay colder for longer. Giant, oversize packs like this one stay cold for 28 minutes a time. The magic is making them contour around you from the freezer - and that's what we do best.
  • MULTIPURPOSE - It's not just spinal, coccyx and disk pain relief. This pack is a favorite for hot flashes, period pain, menopause and menstrual cramps. The moldable nature means you can lie on it straight from the refrigerator or wrap it exactly where you need the therapy and comfort.
  • SIZE MATTERS - From the neck to the tailbone! You can apply the compress across your complete back and side in one sitting. This oversized pad remains pliable so it covers and cushions whilst remaining cool.

  • Buy It !
Style: Back Ice Pack
I bought this to have on hand 'just in case' I needed an ice pack while recovering from surgery. I bought a slew of other things, too, but this was by far the most useful and most appreciated. I like that it comes with two 'packs' (one pink, one blue). I use one for 20 minutes, then pop it in the freezer, and the next time I want to ice I can just grab the second one from the freezer. So one is always super cold, which is nice. The packs are easy to slip into the 'belt' and the 'belt' it adjustable. I was using this on my back, and it fit very comfortably. I didn't have to adjust it at all once it was on. I did try to use it on my calf, but there was no way I could get it to stay shut and it kept sliding off. The packs are also microwavable, I haven't tried that yet but I would imagine that this product would be fantastic for menstrual cramps. ... show more

  • Supportive, Comfortable, and EASY to use!
Style: Back Ice Pack
First of all, I love that it came with 2 ice packs, so you can freeze one while using the other. Genius! With chronic back pain, I’ve struggled finding an efficient way to ice my back. The other products I’ve tried were either too hard and don’t mold to the shape of your back, are too cold or not cold enough, or require me to be sedentary. This ice wrap is great though! It takes up very little space in your freezer. It’s super easy and fast to insert the frozen gel pack and wrap around your waist. It doubles as a mild brace, so I still feel support while I’m icing. Best part is I can keep moving! It’s been years, but I finally found a product that I can get behind. Buy it! ... show more

  • Convenient!
Style: Back Ice Pack
I just had herniated disc surgery - so this was perfect for me to come home to after being discharged from the hospital. I think actual ice packs are too hard; but this gel cool pack is flexible and moves with you; and my favorite thing is that you can sleep with it on which keeps you cool at night; and it helps with your incision site as well. The only minor thing that I’m noticing which is trivial Is that it doesn’t stay cold long enough in my personal opinion, but it gets the job done. It’s useful for my Mom and I - so I’ll take it! ... show more

  • Good product, lame colors
Style: Back Ice Pack
This does a nice job of icing my lower back, and it stays in place and the ice packs last a reasonably long time. The colors are horrendous, and you look like some kind of aerobics class fruitcake when you are wearing it, and you kids will probably make fun of you. How about basic black? Would that be too much to ask? And why does one of the ice packs need to be pink? It’s hard to be a tough guy with pink ice strapped around your waist. Color cost it a star. ... show more

  • Just bought more! Great for DDD neck pain & migraines!
Style: Neck Ice Pack
So much better than dealing with a bag of frozen peas! I feel like at this point, I’m an unofficial “expert” in shopping for ice packs. ;) I have severe degenerative disc disease and deal with debilitating chronic neck and back pain (and chronic daily migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, severe arthritis in knees, hip arthritis/bursitis, SI joint issues, etc.), so I’m constantly treating my pain and inflammation by rotating using reusable ice packs throughout the day and night. I have an entire shelf in a wider style/French door style freezer dedicated just to keeping ice packs cold at all times. Over the past 10 years, I’ve tried several different brands and types of reusable ice packs—clay packs (don’t stay cold long enough for my needs, too small), super expensive squishy gel packs with spandex fabric covering (feel good but don’t stay cold for long, and are also heavy for their size and require sealing in zip top bags during freezing so they don’t expand by absorbing water from the small amount of humidity in the freezer), flexible gel packs (similar style, “guaranteed” but only last 6 months or so before leaking). But it seems even the most expensive ice packs aren’t durable enough for the amount of frequent, constant use I put them through. I purchased 2 of these and as soon as they arrived yesterday, I popped them into the freezer (which is set to the coldest setting), and they froze rather quickly. So far these appear to be just as well made as the ones that are the same size and shape but cost 2x as much. And while the liquid inside makes a “crinkling” sound when frozen, they still remained fairly flexible, even when frozen for several hours. I have no idea what some commenters are talking about when they mention that these freeze and become rock hard— after 5 minutes or so at standard room temp (~68 degrees F), the ice packs are flexible enough for me to wrap around my neck. And here’s what I’ve found over the years- when an ice pack is advertised to remain completely flexible when frozen, then it’s most likely not going to remain cold for very long. So it’s a trade off: if you want a REALLY COLD ice pack, it will probably be a little bit stiffer at first. It’s not that big of a deal for me to let my body heat and the room temp help soften the ice pack for a few minutes. I use ice packs so often that I sewed some fabric covers that happened to fit these perfectly (just a long rectangular tube shaped “narrow pillowcase” of fabric, with a button on the open end, and an elastic loop sewn into the seam of the other end). I highly recommend that you always protect your skin from the cold temperatures by placing a thin kitchen towel, t-shirt or large bandana, etc. between you and the ice pack. I used one of the ice packs last night while I slept and it remained perfectly cold for several hours, even under several layers of warm bedding. I’ll update my review if anything changes, but so far I think these ice packs are well made and worth every penny. These are such a good deal that I’m planning to purchase at least a couple more, since I rotate them so frequently. EDIT: One month later and still going strong! just purchased 2 more, so I can rotate using them throughout the day/night! These work just as well, are holding up just like the ones I used to buy that were 2x the price! So glad I found these! ... show more

  • So helpful for my lower back pain!
Style: Back Ice Pack
I have horrible lower back/hip pain because of pregnancy, and this thing has saved me. I love that it comes with two so I can always have one in the freezer for backup. It covers a good amount of area which is great. The wide strap is super comfortable, too. It's easy to change out the ice packs too. ... show more

  • Not enough gel
Style: XL - 23.5 x 15.4 inches
Using this many times and what I've found out is, There is not enough gel in pack! When you lay your back or your thigh on the pack the gel slides to the area with no pressure on the pack. After laying on the ice pack for 5 minutes I checked the temp. of the pack and the big areas of the pack where the gel goes but doesn't touch body part was 33 degrees and the area my back was on is now 56 degrees. I don't think you're getting the full 20 min. 33 degree temp ice where ice pack should be treating. The gel needs to be a even throughout the whole pad so the gel can't move from side to side. ... show more
