I scrolled through amazon relentlessly trying to find a good protector for my A2014 model iPad Pro, I instantly froze when I saw this one. The guide was my favorite color and then I saw all the horrible reviews and even some of the good reviews being horrible. Well for anyone considering this and seeing everyone b*tch about the bubbles I’m here to share a lovely trick for you. When you apply the screen protector, start from the camera side first. Use a squeegee, and gently lay it inch by inch, problem solved. Wait bubbles appeared so what do I do? Once you remove your guide off the iPad gently work your fingers across to move them into the four corners, and I mean apply a lot of pressure. Once they are in the corners gently lift the corners until they have absorbed all the bubbles and lay back down, they poof away and stay away, if you have any stubborn areas chances are you didn’t dry the screen completely. So what do you do then? Hair dryer on low and push at the bubbles, heat will dry the screen cleaner and make the bubbles shrink if not disappear fully. Pros: it has a wonderful guide. It is very easy to install. Cons: it isn’t as bubble free as they say but the bubbles are very easy to remove. All in all I recommend this screen protector set. ... show more

    • Easy to apply and the template makes it lay straight on the glass.
I just received this and the Esr clear silicone case. The tempered glass and clear case fit well together. There is a a tiny little gap between the edge of the iPad screen and the case so it shouldn’t lift the glass as it’s not touching. Now for the bad the glass is very fragile upon removing it from the packaging. I had one snap just from removing it from the plastic tray. I have never experienced that with zagg or other glass. The finger print resistance seems to work good so far. The glass works with the iPad Pro screen I don’t notice any delays or anything. The glass should be stronger once applied as it will have more surface area to work with but I’m not sure I like that it breaks out of the package so be very very careful when removing the glass itself. I may have had one bad glass as the second one didn’t snap as easily when laying it on the iPad and having to adjust the edges. Update: 2 Sept the Seller reached out to me right away to fix the issue right away and sent the replacement out very quickly.     • The Best One I’ve Ever Bought So far - If You’re Patient
I bought a brand new iPad Pro 12.9”. Paid quite a bit for it, so I purchased a screen saver from other company here on Amazon. When I opened that one, it dropped about 12 inches and completely shattered. UGH. So, I found this one. I read quite a few of the recent reviews and it was states that you had to be patient installing it. That gave me a heads up, so when I opened the package, I immediately saw how thick and sturdy it was. Loved it right away. Took me about 4 attempts to get the bubbles out, which were basically specks of dust I missed while using the sticky paper that came with it. Now it’s installed and I’m pretty happy with it. I put this on in the kitchen which has very little dust. I wiped down the countertops first. Followed the instructions that were sent and it went on very easy. I did NOT use any online videos as the guy putting it on did not read the installation instructions and had to re-do it. The screen protector so far is like not having anything there at all. I'm very happy with the product. UPDATE: It’s been many months now of using and I’m still very happy with it. The screen wipes away fingerprints really easily with a microfiber cloth in a few seconds. I have not used anything except a drop of water on the cloth. There can be a glare in highly lit situations, but that’s to be expected on any of these. I’d still recommend. ... show more

    • Frame for installing is great
Over the years I’ve installed several different glass protectors on iPhones and iPads. Mostly without the frame for installing. Given the screen size of the iPad Pro, I decided to get this because it came with a frame for installing. It would have been difficult to install it square to the edges of the iPad without the frame and would likely result in more bubbles and/or dust. I also ordered a different protector for 1/3 less ($10 vs $15), but am so glad that I decided not to use the other protector given the size of the iPad Pro. This is also the first time after putting the protector screen on the iPad that instead of pressing down in the center, I pressed down at the center on one end of the screen and ran my finger down the middle of the screen, as shown in their demo video. This worked great and left only a few small bubbles that were easy to squeeze out the edge of the iPad. BTW, the best way to avoid lint under the protector is to blow the screen clean several times with an air can before applying the screen protector. If the iPad is brand new out of the box, best to not touch the screen with your fingers and no need to clean the screen first. This also avoids lint form the cleaning cloth. ... show more

Installation is easy enough and somewhat forgiving since I was able to lift up the protector alittle bit to get out any bubbles. Can’t even tell you have one on aside from the little camera notch (not a problem for me but Ik some people mind the size and it’s pretty small) packaging almost gave me a heart attack as I though it came broken, it just came with the thin product box and shipped in those thin amazon bags, however it’s survived so I’m happy about that. Very glad I got this tempered glass protector over a matte or paper like protector since I did not want to sacrifice display quality for texture on the screen and this protector has the image quality crystal clear!! It’s also Portfolio case friendly which I was really looking for!! I’ll update this review in a couple of months to see how this holds up ... show more
