The media could not be loaded. It was easy to assemble. My children did it for me with almost no help. Even my 4 year old was effectively helpful in assembly. The chair is super comfortable. I am 5 feet tall though. The foot rest is about perfect for me but definitely useless for a 6 foot person. Sturdy enough to hold my 4 year old though! So that counts for something. The recline is nice. Itโ€™s easy to change positions and pop out the foot rest or slide it away. I am very much looking forward to using this chair for my remote days next week. I gave 5 stars to round up. I wanted to deduct half a star as I ordered the blue chair and the photo showed a pretty light blue color but this chair is definitely a dark teal. Iโ€™d prefer the color I saw in the photo but itโ€™s not a deal breaker. The lumbar pillow is too small also. I have another pillow I used with my old chair that I will carry over. You can see that in my video that I accidentally took. (I was trying to take a photo and you hear my dog snoring for a second haha) ... show more

I only gave it 4 stars because the lumbar support cannot be placed in a comfortable position on the chair. It does not attach to the chair and is loose and cannot be adjusted to where it would be more comfortable. The chair itself is comfortable and seems well made. I found it very easy to assemble. The instructions were ok, but in the step to attach the headrest it said to use 2 screws that were not in the parts list, but there was 2 extra screws that fit perfectly. Time will tell how the chair will hold up but I work remotely and I will be using it many hours everyday and so far I have no other complaints, other than the lumbar support. ... show more

This chair is a game changer. The price point and the features cannot be beat. It features thick seating cushion, a leg rest and a head rest. After reading some reviews I noticed some people were saying thereโ€™s no way to stop the chair from leaning back. A very comfortable chair built to tight tolerances. When you assemble the chair the bolts and snug from the minute the thread engages, it might make you wonder if it is cross-threaded. This is not a bad thing, it means the bolts are made to very tight tolerances. Over time this will keep the chair from loosening up and becoming noisy or wobbly. When you tighten those bolts down tight, you immediately get the sense that those bolts aren't going anywhere. It comes with clear assembly instructions but it has 4 or 5 different sets of bolts that look similar so make sure you take out and use all of the bolts the instructions specify. It even comes with a good quality hex tool sized for the bolts so you do not need to provide any tools of your own to put this together. Once it was put together I started exploring all of the adjustments and this chair has a number of them from headrest height and position to distance from the back of the seat cushion to the back of the chair. It comes with arm rests that have adjustable heights and positions, spring tension on the chair back for leaning back and of course overall height adjustment. Once you find your comfort zone this chair will keep you comfortable all day. I have been using mine for about a week now and I love it, especially because there are a couple of desks in the house I use and moving from one to the other with this chair is super easy. All the materials are good quality, sturdy parts. I expect this chair will last for years with the way it is made. Before getting this chair I had looked at a couple of local stores and frankly saw chairs of about the same quality going for 3 times the price of this one.
