Purchased this chair for 3 big reasons.. 1. Rated for 300lbs, and I am a big guy. 2. Ergonomic & mesh. 3. It was on sale for $65. Received the chair this morning, and got it setup. Putting it together was rather straight-forward, and the corkscrew style allen wrench was a blessing. The chair is comfortable, and a lot more adjustable than I thought. The arms raise up and down, they also swivel, and go back and forth for more forearm/elbow rests. The only major complaint is that the headrest only swivels, it doesn't raise. I am 5'11, and while this chair is comfy, the headrest should either be adjusted to about 2" higher, or should be made adjustable. This would take the chair immediately to a 5 star rating in my book. One other note.. and this is minor, but if you have poor posture while sitting, you may feel like you are going to slide out of the chair. It is definitely meant for your rear to be placed directly against the back of the chair, and not slouching. This is actually a nice hidden benefit, as I work from a desk all day, so it helps keep my posture correct. Edit: Head rest does adjust! I just didn't notice it.. changed from 4 stars to 5 stars! ... show more

The chair itself is fine enough in terms of feel assembly, feel, adjustment options (especially for the price). As someone who's 6'2", this chair would be perfect if it could be raised even just an extra inch and a half or so. Feels a little bit like I'm sitting down in a bucket when I'm trying to type anything. Also, if you're desk is higher than 30", I'd look for a different option for a chair. ... show more

The chair overall is solid but the adjustments are very limited to the position of the back support, your either all the way upright, or your leaning back with too much give. The lock in options are limited to 2 so if you want more variable positions I would try something else… loads better than what I had before though so 4 out of 5 ... show more

Ergonomic chair is comfy, but there’s only two settings for the backrest, full upright and full recline. The highest tension and the back rest is still easy to recline. I purchased a blue chair, but received a black one. My body doesn’t feel hot with the mesh material.

I was a little skeptical when I bought this chair. At the time, it only had one review; however, it was an "Amazon's Choice" when searching for chairs so I decided I would take the risk and I could always return it if things didn't work out. The chair was pretty easy to assemble. Everything was great for about a week or so and then I ran into a problem. The chair can recline in three different positions: all the way up, slightly leaned back, or all the way leaned back (feels like you're going to fall over backwards). The mechanism used for selecting the amount of reclining you wanted wasn't working properly, so the chair would recline all the way back anytime you leaned back in your chair. This obviously wasn't going to work, so I got in touch with Amazon customer service and they got me in contact with the seller. The seller then asked for pictures of what was wrong, so I sent them some pictures and a couple videos showing the mechanism not working as it should. They immediately shipped me a new chair and said I didn't need to return the previous one. This was nice since the only way I could have returned the previous chair would have been to completely disassemble it, pack it up in a box and drop it off at UPS. I was a little worried that since this was a third party seller, that they might give me some push back about the chair. Thankfully they didn't at all, other than asking for pictures of what was wrong, which I think is justified. Overall, I've really enjoyed the (second) chair.
