The scooter did well for the most part on our family outing. It struggled a bit with some of the steep inclines we had to take. I wish we could have taken the battery out to load and unload it. It would have reduced the weight greatly. The metal bar on the front and back helped out greatly in loading it into the back of my Ford Explorer. My biggest problem and why I didn't give it a 5 star...I have 32" inseam. It was not long enough for me to keep my foot down in the appropriate area. My knee (which is messed up) started knifing me because it was cramped. I plan to by some foot pedal brackets to attach to the front bar for my leg to stretch out more. ... show more

I did receive a refund for the product. However, I was not refunded the $214.00 return fee. The scooter was DEFECTIVE and COULD NOT be used, therefore it is foolish for anyone to purchase anything from this company in my opinion. I did nothing wrong and purchased this scooter in good faith, assuming that the company stood by their products and had integrity and would do the right thing…that was not the case in this situation. The media could not be loaded. This is my first time ever writing a review cos it’s worth it!!! I bought this scooter for my mom and it’s an absolute game changer! It runs beautifully, not too heavy to lift in my trunk, doesnt take too much space, battery last almost forever before charging again. Definitely worth the price and more. I can remove the seat for easy storage !!!!! Love love love it. Pls buy it!!! You won’t regret it ... show more

Small scooter, nice but not if you’re over 5’9. I’m 6’1” tall and the “leg room” was non existent. The steering/drive mechanism was between my knees.
