Fast and Tough I give the scooter five stars because it has lived up to everything I really hoped it would. I was looking for a scooter that would be tough enough to hold over trails and pavement. The shocks really do make the difference as a full grown man, I’m really really surprised how smooth the ride is for my weight. It has three settings for speeds so that no matter who gets on it, they can regulate how fast they go. It does go 28 mph! The display is pretty cool and very easy to see while I’m riding it. I’m particularly impressed with the battery life, I have gone about 26 miles before needing a charge. That, of course is over relatively flat ground. I've been looking for an electric scooter with a comfortable ride and good battery life. This iENYRID electric scooter was recommended by a friend and it is absolutely everything I need. The battery lasts 23-27 hrs on a single charge. It has password start so there's no key to lose or misplace, 4 shocks that make for a very smooth ride, 3 speeds that allow for speeds up to 28 mph. This electric scooter also goes uphill easily without struggling. The tires are tough and beefy to provide excellent grip without slipping. It has underneath lighting for safety. If I could give No stars, I would. I purchased this item TWICE for my 17 year old son, and both times this item was defected. I should have sent the first one back immediately, but because my son needed the scooter to get back and forth to work, I trusted that the 2nd purchase would be well and the item in working condition. I contact the company after paying over $200 to ship 2nd scooter back, and company will do all they can to not be responsible to issue refund by standing behind their product. Super fast! Easily hit 30mph and on speed mode 3. The option for 3 speed modes is very convenient. My 6 years old daughter can ride in mode 1 safely, mode 2 is great for cruising 3 is very fast. The seat is very comfortable and the suspension system makes it very comfortable to ride even when going over bumps, grass or gravel. Sleek look with lots of lights, turn signals, extra bright headlight, reflectors and it also has a pretty loud horn for safety. Exceeded all my expectations. The speedometer with option for Km/h or mph is also a great feature. The speed trigger is also very comfortable to squeeze and hold while driving. I purchased this scooter about a month ago. I use it on a gravel road and it works great. The only issue I had was one of the bolts for the neck part of the scooter that keeps the handbar from shifting left or right strip on the end so the nut doesn't tighten. I emailed the company and after they verified where I purchased it, they sent me a free bolt kit. They responded in a timely manner and I am very happy with this purchase! Not only did the product arrive WAY later than it was supposed to, but during the wait for it to arrive, I tried to cancel the order multiple times, but they basically forced me to take it, which I had to do by driving nearly an hour to a facility to pick the dang thing up. That's all on top of my having to pay for the shipping in the first place. Fast forward to having it home, and it's not a lousy scooter...it's super fast, a lot faster than advertised, goes uphill well, etc. The seat is annoying and gets in the way, and if you're folding it up, you have to remove the actual seat and carry it separately, which is a pain in the rear. There are also colored lights under the footboard that can't be turned off, only to use a headlight, so you have to ride on the flashing disco lights regardless if you want to. Then, when you return the scooter, they make you pay for the shipping cost and figure out the return shipping completely. This thing is going to cost me $100 not to own it! Go with a more reliable company with better service and shipping practices. ... show more

This scooter was easy to assemble and charge and we've had so much fun on it already! The speed is easily adjusted and controlled while the fun light options make for some beautiful sunset rides around the campground! This scooter jumped out at me when I was researching them because it appears to be sturdy and attractive in the pictures. I've never had a scooter before, so I was not sure what to expect. Well, this one did not disappoint! It really is as solid and sturdy as it appears in the pictures!! I have had a blast riding it, and because it uses a password to start, I'm not worried about breaking or losing a key! Other things I like are the height adjustment for the handlebars and the seat! It doesn't matter who gets on the scooter in my home because it fits everyone great. I also love the quickness, and that it REALLY DOES go 28 mph! The display gauge is bright and clear, and the shocks make all the difference when hitting bumps. The battery easily lasts a good amount of time in between charges. Frequently going up steep hills can slightly shorten your usage time, but I'm very happy with the ride-time in between charges. When we're done riding it, it nicely folds up and stores away in my garage... needing very little space! Time will tell how it holds up, but everything I have seen thus far makes me feel that we will be enjoying it for years to come. ... show more
