It’s really useful to get around places it has a good folding mechanism so you can bring it around places and it can fit in your car. it has three speed modes, Eco Drive and sport. The brakes are really strong and can stop almost immediately. It has reflectors and a LED headlight so you can Drive at night visibly. Easy to get started, don't even really need to push off, just lean over the bars and hit the throttle. Staying on is also easy, the footboard is plenty wide with room for my size 10s (mens). Had about 80% charge on arrival but slapped on the charger anyway. NO sparks or drama with the charger, no error codes on startup, or anything like that. I managed to unsync from my iPhone somehow, but re-pairing is easy, just be sure and leave the scooter powered off for longer than 10 seconds (drrrp!) before attempting. Acceleration is almost instantaneous, except on 'ECO' settings, that one is kind of a drag and feels shaky because it goes so slow. Lean towards the bars when taking off. The faster you go, the more balanced it feels, getting up to speed on a smooth empty street is great. You will definitely feel large seams and breaks if you are on rough asphalt, though. Braking is good, be sure to bend the knees and lean back. Turned a PITA drive to the convenience store (3 miles roundtrip) into a fun trip, and honestly felt like it took less time without the hassle of getting out of the garage, traffic, parking, etc.,. ... show more

I just got mine this afternoon, so I don’t have much to review from, but here goes. It works, so that checks out what’s most important. In another review for this item, they say that the charger sparked when charging the scooter but mine has not, do with that information what you will. It was a struggle to get the screws in put if you or someone else is handy with that kind of thing you should get it put together in no time. The battery was at 4/5 when I first got it and rode it around my cul-de-sac one time and it went to 3, I hope that it was just at a low 4. ... show more
