Scooter works well, just not too happy with the battery life according to the battery meter. It reads 2/5 bars after just 4 miles with my 100lb son on it. We go for way longer rides than that so we're now kind of restricted. This very well could be due to me just getting a bad charger or battery, it happens to all manufacturers. Edit: the seller has reached out to me and has made things right and that means the world to me these days. This is their first model of scooter from the sound of it and are making great efforts to keep their customers happy. Awesome scooter for adults or children. Max speed is 19 mph, with a large capacity battery. Charging time takes about 4 hours. Comes with bag to hold your accessories. The appearance looks sharp, my daughter loves it!

This thing is awesome! Only thing I didn’t like is that the battery dies to fast. I made it from my house to my job and it’s about a 7 miles distance and as soon as I got to work I had to throw it on the charger because it was gonna die. But over all it’s a great scooter if your just trying to cruise around for a while or even for kids ... show more

1. Have to hold power button for 3 seconds to turn on or turn off 2. Default speed is walking. If you want to change speed, have to press 2x to change speed each speed. eco, drive to sports. that's 6x press to get to sports. Unable to change default speed. 3. I thought the tires were tubeless. 4. These come with 2 spare tube tires, anticipation of blows. 5. Non-existing tech support. Online chat with amazon support for over 30 minutes, no reply.
