The baby is soft in the middle making it a great snuggle toy. Coloring (eyes, skin, clothing) is nice so you can choose the baby that is most suitable to your child / family. It’s small so check measurements. I placed a pair of adult scissors next to it so you can see the length.

I bought two of these and my granddaughters loved them. They are the right size for a 20 month old and 3 year old. It came with a little bottle and they enjoyed 'feeding' the baby. It does have a scent. Once it was out of the box and aired out, it wasn't too over powering. With time, or a wash in the washing machine, the smell will probably disappear. The doll is on the small side but I don’t mind for my youngest. Love that he can suck his thumb. The smell of it was sickening. I don’t know why it needed to be scented. It’s faded a little and not as bad anymore, so I’ll live with it. The hat is also pointless. It doesn’t stay on well.
