love this RZ1000 scooter. I like how with this suspension setup it still folds up into a smaller space. Compared to other suspension types. No problem going up a steep hill even with a 220 pound rider, the lights and blinkers are very simple and easy to control and very visible the horn is very nice and clear. Battery life is very good. Acceleration is very quick and the suspension is amazing I love how it is adjustable and how nice it looks definitely the best scooter for your money and the app is easy to connect to. The display screen is very visible and clear. Breaks work good and can be adjusted. You can order exrtra tires and breaks also and other accessories. And you can get a seat for it. I got the seat for longer trips its comfortable. I like the feel of the handlebar grips they are very nice and If there is any issues the customer support is helpful. ... show more

I really LOVE this scooter. It has 3 driving modes. The sport mode SCREAMS. Super acceleration! THE NOT SO GOOD I received the scooter from Amazon in 3 days. God service. Opened it excitedly. Plugged it in and charged it. When I turned the scooter on, there was no display. I contacted Amazon and Cunfon customer service. Their representative named Bing was pleasant and helpful. Sent me videos etc. Yet, it still did not work. So, they sent me another handlebar unit. NO LUCK. So I disappointingly contacted Bing once again. She said she would get me out a new scooter. I kept the original box for returning the defective scooter. THE VERY GOOD Even though the process of ordering and receiving a new GREAT scooter took over 3 weeks, I am a patient person. I understand stuff happens. I am fortunate to have had Cunfon representative Bing service my case. She was clear, understanding, and compassionate. An EXCELLENT representative. That's rare with companies nowadays. She was an excellent representative in resolving my issue. The bottom line is - this is an exceptional scooter! Great display, interface, easy-to use app. Most of all - this scooter is POWERFUL! It kicks ass!!! As for as performance and value for the dollar, I rate the scooter 10 out of 10. I opened it today and put 10 miles on it. [late afternoon] Pro Acceleration that almost gives you whiplash but fun. Two screws and 4 reflectors and ready to go after app download plus pair with blue tooth. Cruise control is nice but sometimes tricky to set since you must maintain a speed for a little while. A bump can delay the setting since it will vary the speed. The app is user-friendly and loads quickly on Android. Climbs hills without hesitation Cons 10 miles burned through 2 bars on the 'fuel' gauge. The horn needs an upgrade The display started on sport mode but later changed to race mode for some reason. The brakes began squealing slightly at less than 5 mph after the first mile. ... show more

Do not waste your money on this overpriced, slow scooter. The scooter looks nice and everything constructed OK But in the ad, it says that the top speed is 31 mph . That’s a ball face lie. The top speed of the scooter is like 13 to 16 MPH. Even in race mode, the top speed on their scooter is 13 to 16 mph. I have tried every single mode on here and still 13 MPH. For $1300 I definitely want a scooter going over 16 mph. So with that being said. I would save my money and buy a way better scooter and faster scooter than this one. I will be returning it back to Amazon because it’s within 30 days. Just a waste of time and and money. I’m so glad it’s still within the 30 days and to the people that’s lying about the scooter in the reviews. Show proof that that scooter does more than 16 miles an hours. And I’m not talking about going downhill lol. ... show more

I like this scooter, it’s fast and sturdy, the suspension are a lot better than the ones I have seen on other scooters! 4 stars because it’s heavy, 75 lbs and because the speaker isn’t great! I recommend this product, in particular if you plan to use it in an area with strong slope, it will not be a problem! ... show more

We got two scooters and they work great! Tested the speed and it definitely hit 31MPH. They are a smooth ride. Quick response to my tire issue. Would definitely recommend! And the charge last for at least four hours on dual wheel drive in race mode and sport mode up and down hills.
