The foot rest label was applied crooked. The unit has some dings in the paint on one side. It was pretty easy to assemble. It rides a little rough, the shocks could be a better quality.     • Nowhere near as good as it claims
The media could not be loaded. So out of the box it was a little difficult to put together. I have never damage to both hands and required assistance with assembly. •I had a friend help me with the seat as it wouldn't go in at first and then sank all the way down on me multiple times in one day. •The handle bars sit crooked deapite trying to adjust them multiple times as well. •The speedometer is crap. I used my phone as a backup with google maps open and displaying the real time speed. From the start it claimed I was going 23mph when I was only going 13. At 18mph (third speed mode) it claims I'm going over 36mph. •The charger is too weak for the scooter. The box it came in says 36w2a. Which is far too weak. I plugged it in at 9pm last night, and checked every other hour or so (excluding the 6 odd hours I slept) and it only added one bar of battery in 14 hours. • It does not go at a consistent speed and it takes several hundred feet to reach max speed, which again has only been 18mph. •Foot board is -small-. I have size 9 feet. My feet stick off at an angle as I cannot comfortably sit with them all the way on while I ride. • It loses power on the smallest slops. It dropped from 15pmh to 5mph on the very slight incline by my work. Basically I'm greatly disappointed. I was excited to have this as my primary mode of transportation 4 days a week going to and from work, but I will probably be returning it and requesting a refund as it does not meet advertised criteria and is uncomfortable to ride. Battery would not stop beeping. Chatted with ASKGO for solution. No manual so asked for any kind of help. They said to talk to seller(Amazon). Ghosted on chat and email. Finally took battery box off and disconnected battery three times before the battery stopped beeping. Bike is great but not a fan of support. ... show more
