Right out of the box, the assembly was incredibly easy. Just a few simple steps that are printed right on top of the box, and I was ready to ride. No complicated instructions, and only a few screws with the tool included — perfect for someone who isn't super tech-savvy or overwhelmed by IKEA type builds. The design is sleek and modern, giving the scooter a premium feel. The attention to detail in its build may not be the most stylish but is durable. It feels solid and the big tires make the ride incredibly smooth. I also like the fact that it sits a bit higher off the ground than other scooters I’ve ridden. The battery life is another standout feature. On a full charge it easily lasts for hours, making it perfect for daily commutes to the gym in my neighborhood or leisurely weekend rides to take my dogs for a run. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how far I can go without having to worry about recharging. With a top speed of 15 mph, it’s just the right balance between speed and safety. It’s fast enough to get me around relatively quickly but still easy to control and maneuver through my neighborhood. One pleasant surprise was the features in the app. It includes a lot of information like the exact battery percentage and total range, and time driven. It also adds a lot of great features like manual headlight control, cruise control, and a parking mode that disables the scooter. You can also link your phone via Bluetooth and send your notifications directly to the display. When you consider the performance and quality of this scooter, it’s a great value for the price. One of the best investment I've made in a long time. I go work and often need to get around without moving a big vehicle, this is perfect. Doesn't take up much space, can go about 45mile without a charge, and can top out about 22-23mph. That's fast enough if needed for me. Already I hav ea couple of friends wanting to get one. Its seem to be well built. The app very easy to set up. Fun and capable daily driving. Overall, I'm impressed with the quality and features of this scooter, the suspension was super smooth, lights are good, battery last long. The scooter was made of good sturdy material. The set up was a breeze and the app and controls worked great. The tire cap on the back wheel, hit the tires plastic cover making a clicking noise when riding. The acceleration wasn’t always easy when starting the scooter. Otherwise it is a good quality scooter. I had to return it because I really need one with a seat and this one isn’t made for one. This scooter is amazing, it feels faster then 19 mph and I have tested the scooter how fast it really goes and it goes over 20 mph. And it is a big scooter really good for adults and teenagers.
