Easy to put together. Works great. But, the clip on the handle bar does not line up with the clip on the back fender. SO, when you fold it, it does not lock. Customer service is terrible. Wrong email address in the manual and on the website. Had to call Amazon, got a link to desribe my problem. We'll see what happens. Not happy. ... show more

    • Had some issues but were fixed!
When I initially got the scooter it came with missing bolts and wrench needed for the top handle to stay in place. I reached out to Amazon for help and they stated they could only take returns. As I’m starting school soon, I decided not to return as it would take too much time to get my refund or get a new product. I reached out to the seller and they got back to me more than willing to help. They wanted to send over the missing parts in order for me to be able to keep it without any issues. I however had already bought the missing bolts at Home Depot and were super easy to install. I rode on it, as well as my boyfriend and his little sister. We had an amazing time on it and the light works amazing at night time! It’s also super easy to fold as it’s not too heavy which makes it very easy to travel with! The ride quiality was great as it held all of us going from 120lb-250lbs! Would definitely recommend :) ... show more

Pretty fast and good braking system. Rode it 6 times and it's still on 5 bars. Good headlight and taillight, and 3 speeds available.
