This Griddle Pan is very easy to clean. It is small and lightweight, but I think the size is perfect for one or two people. It heats evenly, and heats up very fast. Works well as advertised. We are very satisfied with this Griddle Pan.

P.O.S. If I could give this any lower I definitely would. Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this piece of crap. They said it was a grill, there is no grill to it. The only way you will get stripes on the meat is to draw them yourself! The bottom is totally cheap plastic and I was scared if I used it it would melt. The top surface is about the size of a very cheap paper plate. If you are not a big eater, or there is more than one in your family,I you may be able to cook a very small meal. If you have several people you are trying to feed, you best go to McDonalds because you will be in the kitchen for hours upon hours. Do not buy this product, it is a joke and you will be very disappointed. I sent a message for info on returning the so called grill and they happily sent me another P.O.S. I don't grill a lot. But a few weeks ago, I wanted one. It does not make sense for me to buy a really expensive grill for just occasional use. This electric BBQ grill meets my requirements. I cooked meet and vegetable on it inside my home. It did not have smoke. It's small and lightweight, very convenient to plug in the power outlet. And it's easy to wash. It's perfect myself.
