I mangled the 1st key at a very narrow spot on the key (Ford transponder key), after that I found the spring that puts force to push the key into the guide/cutter could be loosened, 2nd key cut super easy. Keep a bit of heavy grit sandpaper to lightly smooth any burrs and done! Good solution if you live in an area where no one will cut a key unless you buy the $125+ transponder blanks from them like where we live. ... show more
