this bird was very easy to fly since when you turn the props x2 spins at different speeds to make the turn and as a new-be i would throttle back and stall but steering it saved me since it accelerates to turn Crashed it once and no damage. by the 4th landing it looked like a pro landing. my son is a gamer and he landed it prefect first go. the only bad is it is very lite and does get blown around on windy days love flying and good durability and looks great flying ... show more

First off the pictures are misleading and I will take some responsibility that I didn’t google what EEP material was but the pictures show it shiny so I thought it was plastic but it is really I guess a stronger styrofoam. So it is very fragile. The propellers were poorly glued on so they came off after the first time it took off. My son got literally 2 mins of play out of it!! It is not worth the price charged!!!!! Now I get to go through the trouble of returning it just to get my money back. Very disappointed as it was a Gift for my sons birthday ... show more

This plane looked exactly like an eagle in flight, and was scaring the other birds in a huge field. It was easy to operate, and was so beautiful as it flew above us and responded to the controller. All of a sudden, I think the wind got it, and it took off far to the right over an impossible mass of brush and weeds. My 7 year old grandson was crying as we raced after it, but it stopped responding to the controller. We watched helplessly as it floated down into those weeds, and then we went after it. Ended up with stickers all over our shoes and pants, and scratches all over our legs, but no Eagle. One sad but brave little boy, and two sad grandparents. This is a fun, easy RC to fly, but the motors are glued onto styrofoam and pop off fairly easily, even when landing in grass. I was able to superglue one back on and got a few more days of flying out of it, but in order to make the craft light, it's design is also fragile. This RC Eagle is awesome! I have flown it about twenty times. Been in the tree three of those times and continues to put a big smile on my face. It went so high the first time it took 20 minutes to get it down and I could barely see it. Now I'm doing low stuff over the hay field. My dogs chase it as I fly just a few feet over their heads. Battery life is about 20 minutes and it comes with two of them. I had one issue with a motor loosening up after a crash but a little shoe glue fixed it right up and I still haven't had to use any of my spare parts.
