I've been a chef for a few years and this knife has been unwavering. It holds up under both high-frequency performance and doesn't readily dull after periods of disuse. It sharpens easily and is far and away my favorite knife. It's a good size for my relatively small hands. The handle is wonderful for long-term prepping. The knife is obviously beautiful as well. If I hade two caveats, it would be that this knife rusts and chips. Not a great deal and not quickly but after three years I have observed rust developing on the blade and handle. And the blade is prone to minor chips over time. Nothing that prevents me from using the knife but still somewhat disappointing. Good value for the price, though. ... show more

I like them better than my Henckels. I didn't want a wall mount though. So, I tossed that and bought a cleaner, counter stand magnet, the same stainless look as the knives. Super clean look.
