Cutco product is wonderful. I have used them for years. I lost one of my knives so ordered one from Amazon. The seller is a pain. I never received the knives nor have I received a refund. It has been 2 month's.

Advertising claimed it was really sharp and it lived up to the claims. I thought I had sharp knives, but this one is over the top. Cutting paper cleanly is a traditional way to test sharpness, but most fairly sharp knives will pass this test. IMHO Cutting super-thin tomato slices or cutting thin slices of limes or lemons cleanly is a truer test and this knife passes these tests extremely well. ... show more
