My legs swell when not raised up, even for short periods. I use this in the front passenger side to get my legs up a bit, and it helps my knee pain, too. It's very comfortable, I slip my shoes off and it's soft enough yet firm enough for support. It's a convenient size, I can still have my portable oxygen compressor and my purse by my feet, although no room for much else, except my cane. The bottom piece can be removed (Velcro) if you want it lower, though I will not do that. A reasonable price, too, compared to many similar ones. I'd purchased a more expensive alternative in the past for my primary workspace. I'm in a part-time location and was looking to duplicate my setup on a budget. This version cost less, is slightly smaller, and does what is intended, but it also came at a cost. The entire thing arrived in a box smaller than the product's dimensions because it was rolled and shrink-wrapped. After unpacking, the item never returned to the shape displayed and remained misshapen and slightly uneven. Also, the zipper was damaged slightly. It still worked, but snagged in several places. It's not a total loss—it technically still works. But in retrospect I would have paid more for an alternative that is slightly larger, and packed in a way that does not sacrifice quality. ... show more
