This is the perfect size for supprting my feet under my desk and is very comfortable. I have hardwood floors and am pleased that I can easily adjust the foot rest when I want to but it will stay in place and not slide around when I am using it.

I'll be honest, when I decided a footrest under my desk would be nice, I looked at some star ratings and picked what seemed to be best deal. So this is my only experience with a foot rest for under my desk, but it feels great. I haven't messed with any adjustments since it was a the perfect height out of the box, however. But the quality seems good, it feels greats under my feet, it slides only when I want it to (on tile floor)... It seems to be exactly what I was expecting/wanting. ... show more

    • Smaller than pictured unless you have toddler feet.
It is just two pads velcroed together. The foam is very dense, so that's why I bumped it up one star. It needs to be 2-3 inches taller for it to be a useful footrest.

This makes a great footrest for under your desk at work and brings your knees up so your legs aren't resting on the edge of your chair. It's comfortable for your feet and ankles to rest on. I make sure I wear shoes I can easily slip in and out of since I don't want to put my shoes on it.
