I am very happy with my purchase so far. I've had it only about 3 weeks. I used it on all settings and it lasted about 25 hours. The high setting was sufficient to keep me cool whether working in the garage or sitting outside. It doesn't produce a massive breeze, but it's stronger than I expected for its size. If it's right next to me, having it on low is good enough to keep me comfortable. I also like the versatility that I can adjust the power level versus having only a low, medium or high setting. I have hung it outside on my patio and sat it on a table. Both worked nicely for my needs. When hanging it, being able to adjust the angle was nice. One of the best features to me is that it truly is quiet! Even a friend noted how quiet it is. The light on it is also a nice feature. I've used it several times. The three levels of lighting is nice because I only wanted a low level light a few times versus a blinding light. The high came in handy when I needed to get something out of my shed and I couldn't find a flashlight...as usual! Overall, I am very pleased with it. I liked this fan so much that I bought a second one. They've both been performing very well for 6 months now. The stepless speed adjustment works great. I get a very nice low breeze with it set to its lowest speed, and barely sips the battery at this setting, getting 3 full nights of usage before needing a recharge. This works great in the winter, blowing against an oil filled radiator to spread the heat into the room. Also works great for van or tent camping. Very quiet for a fan. This thing has some power to it. The different power settings are great. It has a light and can move to angle in the right position. Not very compact but pretty compact compared to some fans. Love this fan it has great battery life and for the size it really moves some air. I used this at Scout summer camp when it was 112 deg heat index and it did me well. I will probably get a Dewalt fan for next summer only because it moves more air. I will still use this at my desk and for other camps.
