I purchased 2 of these for my 2 and 5 yr old grandchildren. These flotation devices flipped them over every time they got in the water. They were face down, could NOT get them to hold the children up right or on their backs. The sizes were a perfect fit but a waste of money. These children are water bugs and were so upset that they couldn’t play without being flipped over and thinking they were drowning. So so very disappointed!!
