I got the 6 steak knives and I love them. They cut my steaks perfectly. The handles are definitely a lightweight plastic, so I do not know how they would hold up against tougher meat (my steaks are medium rare) but but it feels sturdy and so far I have had no issues. The design is lovely and so far I've had no issue with it chipping or anything. I DO put them in the dishwasher so they probably won't last as long as they otherwise would, but at the price they're at, I do not feel it is too terrible of a thing for myself. ... show more

1/07/22 Update…. Seller contacted me and replaced set. New block is in perfect condition. Knives are very sharp and appear to be well made.. Contacted seller due to defect in block. Block is supposed to have two large slots on the top right but one slot was not properly milled out and there is no place to put the Chef’s knife. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures which they obviously ignored. They did not even offer to replace. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from this seller.. I’m posting a picture of my block along with the image of how it’s supposed to look. Don’t waste your money!!! ... show more

Sharpener that practically was not use came apart. Thread is not holding it up. Would like to get a new one in exchange

The block arrived broken. After taking it apart it was apparent they didn't line the holes for the screws up properly and one hole is lying inside of a knife slot. To avoid the hassel of repackaging and sending it all back I just fixed it the right way.
