I really like the look of this chair. It was easy to assemble and looks great. Like the fact the height is adjustable too. Only down side is that it is a little “slippery” to sit in. If I slouch at all I tend to slide forward in the seat. Otherwise a great chair!

Bottom line: The chairs are more cute and posh than comfortable, and the hardware is not especially durable. I purchased a set of 4 of these chairs in the summer of 2021. They met my wife's sense of style. They looked nice and were easy to assemble. The seat cushion was not as full as it looks, however, and the foam did compress significantly over time. The chairs do not recline, although the shape of the back support does induce you to lean back into it. This is where design and quality of materials interacted badly after a year of intermitent use. Leaning back in the seat places pressure on the welds of the bracket that holds the chair's seat on to its base. The bracket is not made of the strongest metal, the area of the welds is not particularly wide, and the welds were not especially durable. The pressure of leaning back first deformed the bracket and then broke the welds. The pictures capture the result. ... show more

It’s got some flaws and it could be better. The upholstery is not taught to the cushions and I can see the seat cushion breaking in early. The color is light (more blush than rose), but I still like it. The wheels are a bit cheap and sticky so they don’t roll very well. I loved this chair! Super cute, comfortable. But for the price and what you get for a product… save your money. After 10 months my chair will night stay up it constantly lowers down, the hardware is not holding up. I messaged with the seller they tried selling me a totally separate product to fix the issue at an extra cost to me and a shipping fee. I asked the chair be replaced or refunded they will not respond to me I have sent 6 emails and each one is ignored after I denied a $40 pump to try to fix the issue. Terrible customer service, I’ve had chairs from Walmart hold up much longer for much much cheaper. TRASH customer service. Buyers beware ... show more
