This neck stretcher works pretty good, just make sure not to choke yourself out with it. It produces a lot of pressure around your whole neck if you snug it up too much so don't put it too tight and don't pump it up too much or you may pass out. But that's more of a user error than anything else.

My chiropractor recommended this for my neck issues. Face it, it's a pain in the neck to have someone try to decompress your cervical spine unless you pay a professional. I have had neck pain for years, as well as a limited range of motion. But I also have osteoporosis, which makes chiropractor visits very scary. The device does inflate, does not really get a good grip under the jaw to provide sufficient traction and there isnt a long enough strip of velcro to adjust to enough neck sizes. My neck is quite small and it seems to be more for people with larger necks. I have not experienced a single neck crack or pop with this device which was partially my expectation. Once out of dozens of tries I felt decent traction. There may be some relief after the device is used for 10-30 min but nothing long lasting. I give it 3 stars because it doesn't hurt to try for the price but it doesn't truly help to use. ... show more
