The media could not be loaded. This litter robot aka Scooper SE by Cat-link. This automatic litter box is relatively small compared to others and hasn't leaked or malfunctioned yet which is a good first start. It is quiet, slow, and does turn off if the cat goes near the entrance. I have had it for a week now. I have two cats, a medium and a small cat that poop a normal amount once or twice a day. The trash bin fills up every week or so which is better than I expected. The parts are easy to assemble just remember how they go and read the instructions step by step. If you really want to push the bag you can set the full settings sensitivity to high. It goes from 1-4, I keep it on 2 for now. My cats were a little weary about it at first, but got used to it almost instantly within a day. All in all a great product once you figure out that it runs off the 2g networks only and you MUST NOT have the wifi network name have any special characters in it. For example Ziply2g will work, not Ziply_2g. After that it will connect. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am giving this two stars based on its function vs the cost. Cons 1. If you follow the instructions and use the amount of cat litter indicated, you will end up with a disgusting mess. I have found that about 4 times the recommended amount is required. And disregard the apps info for length of time until the litter needs to be changed. It states much longer, I have had to change it when the app says I have over a week left of use. 2. The WORST part about the machine is the bottom of the litter box. It's FABRIC. No matter how much litter I use, inevitably the urine soaks through leaving a foul pasty pee mess on the fabric. I have to remove the piece after emptying, wash off the gross mess, then use bleach to get the pee smell out because as I said, it's FABRIC. If it were hard plastic it would be easily washed. For me this defeats the purpose of this litter box. I contacted the company about this and have been told conflicting information; that they are working to improve the fabric, and also that they are not. 3. The fragrance pack worked great for about a week, it doesn't do anything anymore even though the app says it's got well over a month left. Pros 1. It empties waste into a bag after each use and the bag is easily replaced. 2. Because it cleans itself the smell is confined for a little while, until the build up in the sack is too much. I find that this is also when the litter needs to be changed. I definitely would not have spent $350 dollars on this unit if I had known about it's defects. ... show more

this litter box is very easy to set up and works perfectly. i love the automatic sensor that stops it from rotating/cleaning when anything enters the dome. we did originally get a litter box that wouldn’t automatically clean itself, i had to manually press the button, but when i reached out to customer service they were able to replace it for us! we’ve had the litter box for almost a year and i don’t have any complaints. every time i’ve contacted customer support they have replied quickly, efficiently, and always went above and beyond with the support and answers i was given. i would definitely recommend this to any friends with cats! ... show more
