I was skeptical due to only one or two reviews when I purchased, but the price was great. Definitely recommend adjusting the clumping time so that the litter doesn't stick to the sides when rotating. We change the bag out about every other day, but we have 4 cats that share the box. I tried the cheapest litter at Walmart, not a great idea as it didn't keep the odor away. Arm and hammer and tidy cat have both been great options. The drum comes off easily if litter does get under it. I am happy with the purchase. It definitely beats having a house you can tell has cats as soon as you walk in. We switched from the Petsafe auto scooper that I spent almost as much on and had to use expensive silica litter that only lasted 4 days max before the oder was so strong. The part between the box and the bag broke. It works fine without the part but that is what blocks the smell. I tried to find a customer service number to see if I could get a replacement part. That was a waste of time. I was within the return window and was allowed to return it at my own expense which is about half of the cost. I will purchase another robot but the next one will have a warranty and replacement at that companies expense. Had I been able to get the broken part replaced I would have rated it five stars. It was wonderful not to have to scoop a litter box 2 or 3 times a day. ... show more

I never write reviews but felt the need to on this because when I was ordering it there were none. I was worried since this product has a lower price point than most other automatic litter boxes on the market. Let me tell y'all, I am so happy with my purchase, it does everything it promises, the set up was so easy and my cats took to it within a couple days. I am thinking of ordering a second since I have two cats and currently have another non-automatic one because I wasn't sure how it would work out. I love this product, make cleaning it alot easier. There was no lingering smell until recently when I found out my 2 cats have scratch the rubber mat inside and dirty litter has been going under the mat.

I am 82 and bending down to empty a litter box was getting difficult so I decided to buy this marvelous self-cleaning /scooping robot. I am so glad I did! No lingering odor, messy litter strewn floor or BENDING DOWN ever again! Changing the poop bag is very easy and I change mine every 7 days. With the help of my son, my litter box was easy to set uo and I like the fact that my cell phone alerts me to everything that goes on. Why didn’t I buy one of these earlier?! I got this as a house warming gift for my son who is notoriously slow to clean the litter box. There is no longer any cat litter smell in his room. With one cat he takes the bag out every 10 days. No smell. When it cleans it’s a little loud but nothing you can’t learn to sleep through. Add an auto feeder and water fountain and your cat can be cared for by AI for several days while you take a weekend away. Game changer. ... show more

I got mine on May 2024, and I had many issues with it. The bottom part that holds the litter came completely off, the part that holds the clean litter when cleaning is too loose and allows for dirty litter to go in there, it goes off so I have to unplug it almost every morning and afternoon so it can work, the door that holds the poop/dirty litter doesn’t close properly.
