I could not be happier with this sleek looking, durable, high quality, quiet, blue glowing water filtering fountain!!! I knew I had to get one when I saw one of my kitty’s drinking out of the toilet!!! Since bladder and kidney infections are so common among cats. I had such a hard time keeping their water bowl clean, fresh, and cat food free.! But this stainless steel water bowl looks great, is practically silent, so easy to clean, change filters (which are very inexpensive), and my kitty’s love it!! It also has a video that shows you how to properly clean the pump and change the filters —which is so easy!! I had seen many tacky looking plastic fountains out there—but I wanted something that would look elegant, was bigger (for two kitty’s), and last for a long time! I think I definitely got a GREAT BUY!!!! It’s also very easy to check the water levels through the pretty blue bubble in the front, and just refill as it gets low! This is my second purchase of this fountain. I bought the first one as a gift for my mother and bought this for myself after the pump on my old one stopped working. It arrived missing the water spout so I emailed the company over the weekend. They responded that same day and have already shipped me the part. That’s amazing and I truly appreciate the quick response and action. The fountain itself is great. I love that I can see the water level easily, it holds a perfect amount of water, it’s easy to clean (and comes with a little brush to get in the nooks and crannies) and it’s quiet. I have 3 cats, and it seems that every fountain gets dirty immediately. I love that this has a lid, so that the water stays cleaner longer. It's also easy to check on the water level to refill as necessary. It's quiet, and the cats use it. All the parts can be taken apart and placed in the dishwasher. Maybe my only complaint is that because the fountain is closed, it can be hard to see how dirty it is. I will definitely be buying these fountains for my cats in the future. ... show more
