I ordered these for one reason only--they're cast iron and small, and I had hoped they could be used on my induction burner to melt butter and the like. Unfortunately, I found that even though they're magnetic, which is required for induction cooking, they're too small for my burner to recognize them, so it's back to the drawing board (and the microwave, at least for melting butter). Each mini skillet comes in its own drawstring bag, in a different color, and there's a gift card enclosed. I could see using these as party favors for someone celebrating the opening of a restaurant or catering business, or a new kitchen, or putting them on any burner except induction to warm or toast very small amounts of ingredients. Apart from that, these really aren't as useful for my purposes as I'd hoped. ... show more
