Honestly, if I could take only one one thing to a desserted island, it would be a knife from this set. They are so sharp & work so well, & they are very pretty. Just please be careful because they are extremely sharp. I was too use to our dull knives that when we switched to these I cut my nail off & almost my finger another time. Be care, these are very sharp. I only used the first three smaller ones so far and they are great to me. While cutting, the knife cut very smoothly so be careful.
