False advertising! This scooter only goes 15 miles an hour 15.5 at best. Very disappointed! Th bracket tabs for the basket were mounted way too low, so the basket pushes down on the fender which in turn, hits the tire. I guess I won’t be keeping up with all the scooters that go 18 miles an hour that I ride with. Is there something I’m missing? ... show more

I gave the scooter only 4stars because it was hard for me to assemble and the inner tubes are very thin and had to be changed. It does however receive 5star fun rating. I use this little guy not on smooth pavement but off road and through some rocky spots, and over large roots on the trails. The wider tires are very helpful for such demanding use, as is the wider footboard. Great fun!! ... show more

I won my scooter on an aution site and I love it! I got it to to save on gas. It's 4.5 miles to work, and takes me 22 minutes on it. The pros: • The battery level indicator is broken into five segments. It takes 1.5 bars to get to work. I'll charge it for about 30 minutes when I can at work and it's at 4.5-5 bars again. • Assembly was easy enough, despite what some of the reviews read. • It charges quickly, after the initial charge. • The seat height is a major plus. • Extra large foot base makes it nice as splatter and debris were reduced. • The hand grips are quite comfortable as well. •The white arrow markers make front end assembly easy! No "eye-balling" needed. Now the cons: • The handlebars are a bit low. They'd be perfect if about three inches higher (I'm 5'8", btw). • The headlamp bracket is pretty cheaply made. I replaced it the same day with a small L-shaped bracket (see pictures). • The brake light placement is horrible it should be located/attached to the bottom of the seat. The light is blocked with the smallest of items in the basket (see pictures). The brake light would be better if attached to the back of the basket, or below, or to the top of the seat post. The basket would be better off if attached to the front post, but the foldable aspect would be a mute point. However, despite this being a "foldable" scooter, the seat must be fully lowered or removed, if you want that, and it's still pretty big (see pictures). • Accessories (mirrors, cell phone holder, etc) are a little difficult to come by. Yes, you can get them, but the handlebars are narrower then normal, so you must use all the rubber adjusters provided to get the items on. I purchased two mirrors for this thing, but can only use one, because I had to use an extra rubber piece from the second mirror. I'm 210 pounds. The bike will cruise smoothly at18.2 MPH easy enough. However, it slows down to a mere 6.8-7.2 MPH when tackling a freeway overpass. I can be seen kicking it along like it were a stand up scooter, lol every time I reach the freeway. Oh, it'll read up to 30 MPH on the digital speedometer as that's the speed I reach coming down the other side of the overpass. All in all, I love this thing! Yes, it has cons, but the pros make up for them. I've added a ton of pictures. If you're like me, they speak volumes! If interested in the phone holder, I got t it on Amazon. I do love it! Easy to affix, easy to place my phone in, and it has a locking feature so it won't accidentally release it. As for the mirror, it's coming off. I don't suggest the flexible type. It bounces all over while riding. I've purchased the solid adjustments arm, rectangular mirror, type. Some might question why I have this mirror on the center post? Easy, not enough rubber bushings to get it to stay locked in place on the handlebars. You can see how many I used just for the phone holder. It came with five, and I used five bushings. At least I'll have extras for the new mirrors. This round one doesn't extend beyond my hips, so it's not the greatest. The new ones will be attached to the handlebars and will extend beyond the body. Believe me, trying to turn your head to see the traffic behind you is a scare! Get mirrors! My next purchase will be solid core innertubes. I don't fancy a flat tire repair. Yes they're a but pricey but they'll save me a ton in time and money later. One set of solid core innertubes is the cost of a trip to the scooter repair shop to fix the flat/s. Why not get it done now and not worry about glass, nails tacks etc, in the future? I leave for work in the morning, before sunrise. The headlight may be bright, but it only takes a single sharp item to ruin your day. I've had this a couple months now and look forward to more commuting. ... show more
