I gave the scooter only 4stars because it was hard for me to assemble and the inner tubes are very thin and had to be changed. It does however receive 5star fun rating. I use this little guy not on smooth pavement but off road and through some rocky spots, and over large roots on the trails. False advertising! This scooter only goes 15 miles an hour 15.5 at best. Very disappointed! Th bracket tabs for the basket were mounted way too low, so the basket pushes down on the fender which in turn, hits the tire. I guess I won’t be keeping up with all the scooters that go 18 miles an hour that I ride with. Is there something I’m missing? ... show more
