It’s good for what you get. Not perfect. But not sure what you’re looking for. One of my lids arrived slightly broken in the lip. But to me it doesn’t matter Since the lids are more of covers than “seal tight/lock” lids. If you want lids that lock and seal. Find something else. This is more easy quick storage. Other than that, this is a great set. Worked well when I needed to bring in food for a potluck. Again. Probably not great if you’re transporting something that’s on the soupy side. I was concerned when I saw reviews where people said the glass broke. I had no problems. Not sure if they took the time to review the “how to care for your product” packet before using it. The cover on the 3qt dish was broken. Don't know if that was the fault of the delivery person who dropped the package on the ground. I called Pyrex and they are sending me a replacement..

    • Every Kitchen Should have Pyrex Dishes in Their Home
My mother introduced me to Pyrex cookware many years ago. So over the years I always used this as my go to for casserole recipes. Well, over the years moving and letting my daughter take home foods, my supply started disappearing. They do tend to break easily, but when that happens I can I just replace it. I love Pyrex dishes. They are durable and they can go from oven to refrigerator. ( when cooled). I saw this product, and I liked the covers that came with them. It is so much easier that just using foil or clear wrap to cover. The cover is plastic like and it snaps on top. They go with any decor of a kitchen. Thank you ... show more

I purchased this for my aunt who had shared with me one of her bad days. You see, she dropped and shattered one of her late mother’s keepsake glass bakeware dishes. I purchased this similar looking set for her Christmas present to try and at the least replace what was lost in function. Nothing can truly replace a keepsake, but my aunt was very happy with her gift and gave me a heartfelt thank you text reply. The Pyrex dishes were easy to clean and versatile in use due to the material composition and tempered glass. I am a big Pyrex fan! I got this set because of the two different size baking dishes and they are great but I did have an issue with the larger dish's lid. It would not snap on. The company sent me a replacement lid and it was the same so I guess the dish was a little out of kilter making the lid not work. ... show more

These Pyrex dishes are a very nice bakeware set. They are easy to use and easy to clean. The lids fit tight when in use. Zero complaints about this set.

    • Excellent for baking
We like the larger baking dishes and the fact that they include a cover for both sizes. The lid for the larger size was damaged in shipment but the seller promptly replaced the lid at no charge. We already had 2 of the glass baking dishes and thought that we had lost one, and of course, after we purchased the replacement, we found the lost dish, now we have 3. They're great and go straight in the oven. Easy clean-up and nice enough to serve directly to family. Excellent product and service. ... show more

    • Dismal Lid Quality
I do a lot of baking and I've owned a similar Pyrex set for 10 or more years. I had only decided to replace my set as, after years of use and scrubbing, scratches were beginning to appear. I was concerned about the tensile strength of the glass so I opted to replace it. Like so many other reviewers, the plastic lid on the large dish was shattered. I wrote Amazon about a replacement and they suggested that I call Pyrex for a new lid, which I did. I may or may not eventually get one. They're back ordered. Luckily, I kept the lids from my old set and it was then that I noticed why the new ones break so easily. Unlike the old lids, which were rubberized and had flex, these are nothing but hard, unbending plastic. In my conversation with Pyrex, I inquired if my current set, with scratches, was safe to use. I was told yes, and to simply use Bar Keepers Friend to remove them. This, despite warnings from Pyrex never to use them if they're scratched or chipped. I scrubbed the dishes with BKF and, while improved, scratches remained. They're in the trash. I kept the old lids which are an exact match. The "new" lids? Junk. They're in the trash as well. Sadly, at least where I live, they're not even recyclable. Great baking dish. Lousy lids. ... show more
