I recently purchased more ducklings and goslings to add to my flock, but my husband didn’t want to have any part in the messy clean up. I completely understood. I saw online how people mentioned using a plastic gallon jugs, making cut outs, and it reduced the water mess created by the ducklings. Unfortunately when it tired it, the edges still felt sharp and unsafe. I stumbled on to this product. It appeared very similar. Although expense for what it is considering the cost of a normal water feeder is less than $10. . This product really works!!! The cost became irrelevant as not only was there less of a mess, it saved me time on refilling the water feeders, extremely safe edges, and the fowl do no play in it. I purchased 2 water feeders as I have 9 ducklings and 3 goslings. They will probably out grow it in 2 months but that’s ok. I have another system already in place for my current flock. ... show more
