Bob's Red Mill Masa tastes like corn (so does the grits/polenta). There are cheaper corn products out there but they have very little flavor. Good Stuff.

This product lives up to its description and has the texture and flavor expected of masa harina. The quality is high and the tortillas that I made with it turned out very flavorful. The only issue is that you only get enough masa harina in the package to make 24 tortillas which makes the value less than ideal. There are other products on the market that are equally flavorful for a much better value. All that being said, if price isn't a concern of yours then this product is a great solution. ... show more
