Seems kind of crazy that the flavor of this flour could be different than any other flour. But honestly, it is. I bought this because it’s a non-GMO Italian flour and it doesn’t have the same genetic seed modification that we have with our seeds here in the United States. I’m looking for a healthier cleaner lifestyle and this flour fits in. I’ve made English muffins and hamburger buns and cannot wait to try other things. Everything I made is so dang delicious. My only concern is I might eat too much of it because it taste so good. I have it on auto buy every couple months and I just can’t wait to try new recipes with it. I have a Sourdough Starter, was advised to use Italian flour. This makes yummy Sourdough Bread. The downside was with my first order, waited One Month before it arrived!!!

Before this flour I used regular organic all purpose flour, however after this one I will never buy any other regular flour. I recommend to everyone this pizza flour, you won’t regret, super easy to work with, amazing taste. Hands down the best home pizza I’ve ever made, will order more.

I started buying this product because it is authentically Italian and we want nothing to do with flour from the USA. I make sourdough bread weekly and sourdough pasta with this flour. I have had nothing but excellent experiences. Price points is a little high, but you get what you pay for in the scenario. Our family digestive systems have incredibly improved. We did keto for over a year and decided we wanted to included carbs back into the diet, but didn’t want to go the white flour route. We are losing weight and feeling healthy while we eat bread and pasta without digestive issues. Our digestive systems have greatly improved and can wholeheartedly say it is because of the addition of sourdough bread made with this flour. While I’m a big fan of keeping things low on the glycemic index, it is really difficult to maintain a diet without any of your favorites such as bread or pasta, well not anymore! Strongly suggest anyone with tummy troubles we’re looking for alternatives to white Processed carbohydrates do some research on the flour they are eating and look into Italian flour and the benefits of sourdough. This is a great flower to use for the starter as well. Sourdough is lower on the glycemic index is actually considered a fermented food which is great for gut health. The fermentation process actually changes the structure of the carbohydrate. Not only is it more digestible it helps with the flora of the stomach. Love this product! Just add plain Greek yogurt if you don’t have starter in a little bit of salt and you have the pizza dough! It really was delicious!
