Same as above, you can't beat their products. The best of the best. Just top quality stuff. Smells so fresh when you open pkg it will blow your mind. Met Bob and what a great guy who knows how to run a business. This is the best and safest and cleanest protein powder for after a workout there is. Be careful on the others, they all have Chinese ingredients. Don't risk your life on them. I would never buy any prodcut that has Chinese ingredients. Call the co's they all do. This one at Bob's Red Mill of course does not. Trust me/ ... show more

Just be aware it's not highly processed flour like standard wheat flour. This is somewhat course ground and still retains some of its intrinsic texture, which is a good thing.
