With no preservatives, additives, or chemicals, this single-ingredient flour is simple and pure. The coconut flavor is subtle, making this flour an excellent choice for either savory or sweet recipes. Because it is so high in fiber, it is quite absorbent, so you will want to add more liquid to your recipe if using coconut flour as a replacement for wheat flour. This is a great deal! I did get the 4-pack, and it's going to last a long time! It makes a fantastic low-carb skillet bread. I miss cornbread since I went seriously low carb, and this fills the bill for sure. The coconut texture is very similar and the flavor is heavenly. I'm so glad I ordered this.

Extremely disappointed!! I love this type of coconut flour and was ordering it due to corona vs getting in in the grocery store and it says it is supposed to come as a 4 pack and in a box and I only received 1 individual packet. So not worth the money! Buyer beware you might not get what you paid for. ... show more

This is such a great deal! This pack of 4 is less than 2 at the store. I've started using coconut flour A LOT while doing a low carb diet. I have a nut allergy (mild side) and thought I. could handle using almond flour while baking--I had a bad reaction. Coconut flour to the rescue! Coconut flour is a lot more absorbent than any other flour so you tend to use a lot more. I absolutely love cooking with it. Yes, some things do take on a coconut taste, but that's ok. I could not get this to work as dough.. I tried something simple - pizza dough. I've been baking for 40 years so I'm no greenie.. I tried 1/3 dozens of online recipes and all the doughs came out like some kind sandy fluffy .. stuff. If you have a successful recipe - please share. Bob's Red Mill is my go to for many gluten free flours, and I definitely find their coconut flour superior to any other brand I've tried. Coconut flour is tricky because it absorbs so much water, and brand to brand it can vary wildly how it behaves in baked goods. Bob's has been very consistent with excellent results. I always use Bob's so that my baked goods come out reliably, and I don't have to mess around with how much to use.
