It can be a little bit noisy on higher settings, but not enough to be an issue noise wise for my Zoom calls. I really like the look of the fan, and the touch display is easy to use. We have a similar fan at the office, and I am so excited to have this kind of fan at home now so I will be ready for the summer heat! This fan is lightweight and so easy to move around. Without the blades, it's safer, quieter, and easier to keep clean. No more having to mess with opening the cage or trying to get a duster or vacuum attachment in the openings to get the dust off the blades. Several different speeds make it easy to find the right comfort level, and you can set it to oscillate, which is great for a large room. The timer is handy too if you don't want to have the fan running all night once the temperature cools down. You can use the remote or just use the touch controls on the fan itself. My only minor complaint -- I had a bit of a time getting the base attached without it falling off easily. It took a little trial and error to get it to slot in properly, and there were no instructions explaining it. ... show more

I had seen (mostly Dyson) these bladeless fans over the years but never had the opportunity to try one. I figured I'd give this one a go. The TL;DR version is it moves a lot of air and has all the features of a fan you'd want, but it's size is a little too in-between for me to find a good spot for it. Pros: - feature rich: multiple speeds, oscillation mode and timer controls - LED display - moves a ton of air and works really well - comes with a slender remote to use it from across the room Cons: - louder than I expected. I mean, I know there's a fan in the body but I just assumed it would be a little more subtle than a normal fan. Might actually be the opposite. - the LED display is not overly helpful. It always reads '0' regardless of fan speed. It does come in handy when setting the timer, but that's about it. - the size. This is actually my biggest gripe. It's too short to use as a floor fan, particularly in the bedroom as it doesn't clear the bed height. Perhaps it's better suited in a living room scenario or something. And it's too tall to be used as a table/desk fan. It's kind of the anti-goldilocks for me in that way. I think this fan is a good value if you don't mind the noise and find an appropriate spot for it's middling size. ... show more

Likes: Fan power, bladeless, oscillating, timer, mutable Dislike: Color First bladeless fan and I'm really happy with it. Highest power setting gets a little loud, but no more than a box fan. Overall power to noise ratio is good. Remote and timers are very convenient and I love that they added a mute option for the function beeps. I like this fan and the quantity of air it moves. It does a good job and is quieter than my other traditional fans, although you can still hear the fan's noise. I wish the fan were taller. It is shorter than I thought it would be, and if you want to use it around your bed, it will be too short unless you put it up on something. The remote is handy but I would like to see a way to store the remote with the fan. This would be very useful as the remote is small and easy to lose. The timer on the fan is very helpful, and I love the way it rotates. It does a good job at moving air which is the main thing a fan should do. ... show more

This is not the first time that I have bought this style fan. I own a Dyson. I found this fan to be a good competitor, especially for the price. It does the job of keeping the room cool and has the safety feature of no blades which is important for children and pets.
