The media could not be loaded. I've always wanted a fan like this ever since I saw them many years ago but they were so expensive back then. Luckily I saw this Senmeo fan with a massive coupon discount and was able to snatch it for under $50. A fantastic deal! Overall I like the air flow of the fan with its 8 different speeds so I can adjust how strong I want the air to blow at me at different time of day and it is perfect as my bedroom fan. Aesthetically, it looks somewhat futuristic which stands out like a nice piece of bedroom decoration. The product performs just as it promises in the description. The only two things I found to be detractors is the noise level, its quite loud at higher speeds with this hollow tunnel like air flow sound though that probably comes with the design. Then the issue I was faced with, the un-mentioned hidden device function. Apparently it is possible to turn off the LED auto light off function. I had issues trying to figure out how to turn it off during nighttime and had to tape the manual over the LED screen after being unable to figure out how to turn the LED off for the first night. I ended up contacting Senmeo customer support and they were very professional and helped guide me to solve the problem. By pressing on the LED screen power button and holding your finger there, it will activate the 30 seconds LED screen ON and OFF functions. Please take a look at the video for this review if you come across the same issue as I did. Final thoughts, 5/5 stars because I love this fan and Senmeo customer support was extremely helpful and courteous. Also, a suggestion would be for Senmeo to add in the missing on/off LED light function into the user manual for future batches. ... show more

This fan is well made and looks good. It is a very solid alternative to the best known bladeless fan maker, but at a fraction of the cost. This fan moves a decent quality of air quietly and looks good doing it. Overall, a fantastic value at the price point. Highly recommend.

    • I daily use this fan. Interesting take aways.

It's a good fan, I daily it. Some quirks: - It's quiet, but when you run it on the lower settings (less than 3), the whining of the turbine at the base is more apparent and I find it a bit grating to the ears. I run it at a constant 4-5 and it's feels very quiet. I attribute this to high pitch sounds are easier to perceive than low pitch sounds, even at the same dB. - I like "sleeping mode" where it doesn't beep to confirm input (change airflow, direction, etc) and also turns off the display. You can't do this from the interface on the fan, only the remote. Wish it wasn't just the remote. - On start up, sometimes it takes 2-5 seconds to start blowing air. Why? I'm guessing low torque high RPM. Not a big deal, thought it was fascinating. If anything it's worth it for the relatively quieter operation. - Seems to be a good contender in the bladeless fan category for the combination of price/performance/aesthetics.     • I Love This Fan With Its Little Quirks

I have been using this Senmeo fan in my bedroom for a couple of weeks now, starting late in the day when the room gets uncomfortably warm from the afternoon sun (I don’t have A/C). I absolutely love it. I used to always use one of those small round bladed fans beginning this time of year, but it was a pain keeping it dust free, and I always worried about my little dogs getting too close to it. No more. No more dust except the usual surface stuff that is easily wiped away with a single swipe. This model isn’t real tall but with the wide oscillation and the 8 speeds (so far I’m only using #5 but it’s early) it provides plenty of comfort for me. It’s easy to operate both on the unit or with the remote. Now there are a few little quirks that I could have removed a star for, but honestly I love this fan too much to ding it. First of all, while the unit it shipped ready to go, there is a plastic disc that it sits on, and for some reason (maybe it’s me) it doesn’t seem to “click” in firmly, so I had to fiddle with it a bit to get it to stand properly on it. Then if you move it, you have to fiddle with it again. That’s a little annoying. Second, while the remote comes with the battery, pay careful attention to the instructions on how to install it. Again, maybe it was just me, but it took me three tries before I read exactly how to do it, then it was easy. Finally, while I love that it has a memory of the last speed and oscillation, you have to reset the timer each time. This is really the only thing that is ongoing and it’s not a big deal to me because I don’t always set it for the same time. So for a fraction of the price of that big name, I can definitely recommend this bladeless fan. ... show more

I am reviewing: Bladeless Fan, 26" Bladeless Tower Fan with Remote, 8 Speeds, 90° Oscillation, 9H Timer, Large LED Display with Auto Off, Easy to Clean, Standing Floor Fan for Bedroom, Home, Office Honestly, I was so excited to get this fan, but when it arrived, I was a little disappointed that the plastic seems a little cheap. For more than a hundred, I expected a little more solid construction. The base is rigid and thin. While putting it on, the parts it attaches to felt like they were going to fall apart. Floor fans are so inexpensive, I just expected more from this price point. With that being said, while it is just sitting there doing its job, it's nice. I like the oscillating function. I haven't decided where I'm going to leave it, but I'm trying out different spots. There must be about 6 or more inches of space 360° around the fan. The two levels are good, no more levels needed. I do not like that the timer is only up to 9 hours. I would like it to go on at 8am and go off at 10pm, or any other time I want. A countdown timer from 9 is not adequate, and is very limiting. ... show more
